Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ADV160 scooters. The oil pump driven gear may fail, resulting in a loss of drive power.

25V583000 · Electrical System:Motorcycle Handlebar Switch Pod Left/Right affects 2025

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2020-2022 and 2024-2025 CRF1100 Africa Twin motorcycles. The left handlebar switch harness may corrode due to oxidation, resulting in the loss of horn function or the ability to switch the headlight from low beam to high beam. As such, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Remedy: Dealers will replace the left handlebar switch assembly, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed January 20, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-866-784-1870. 24V882000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:Fuel Injection System affects 2025

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2022 and 2024-2025 CRF1100 Africa Twin motorcycles. A software error in the fuel injection electronic control unit (FI-ECU) may cause an engine stall or a loss of power when the Wheelie Control feature is activated.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024 XL750, 2025 CMX1100, and CRF1100 motorcycles. The crankcase sealing bolt may have been improperly manufactured, which can cause the engine to leak oil onto the rear tire.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2020-2021 CRF1100 Africa Twin motorcycles equipped with a dual-clutch transmission (DCT). A software error in the engine control unit (ECU), may disconnect the controller area network (CAN) communication and release the clutch, which can result in an engine stall or a loss of drive power.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 ST1300PA, 2014-2015 CB500, CBR500, CRF250L, CBR650, CTX700, NSS300, VT750, VT1300, 2015 CB300F, CBR300, CBR600, and 2014-2016 NC700 motorcycles. In the affected motorcycles, sealant may have been incorrectly applied to the starter relay switch, and as a result, the electrical system may have a loss of power.

17V681000 · Fuel System, Gasoline:Storage:Tank Assembly:Filler Pipe And Cap affects 2017

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017 Honda CBR1000RR and CBR1000RR SP motorcycles. There may be a gap between the fuel tank cap seal and the fuel filler neck which can allow water to enter the fuel tank.

Remedy: Honda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel tank cap. If water has gotten into the fuel tank, the affected components will be replaced. HONDA IS RECALLING 12,894 MY 2008 CBR1000RR MOTORCYCLES. A COOLANT HOSE CLAMP LOCATED ON THE WATER PUMP COVER MAY BREAK DUE TO FATIGUE CAUSED BY VIBRATION GENERATED AT CONTINUOUS HIGH ENGINE SPEEDS.

Remedy: DEALERS WILL INSTALL THE NEW COOLANT HOSE CLAMP FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN ON OR BEFORE JUNE 6, 2009. OWNERS MAY CONTACT HONDA AT 866-784-1870.

14V056000 · Engine And Engine Cooling affects 2013

Honda is recalling certain model year 2013 CB500 (FA, F, XA, X) and CBR500 (RA, R) motorcycles. The rocker arm shaft retaining bolts may have been manufactured incorrectly resulting in the bolts loosening during engine operation. A loose bolt will initially result in a slow leak of engine oil, but if not addressed, the bolt can come out of the cylinder head entirely.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024-2026 CBR600RR motorcycles. The cylinder head may have been improperly manufactured, which can lead to rod bearing failure, possibly resulting in rear wheel lock up or oil leaking onto the rear tire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the engine assembly, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed February 9, 2026. The rocker arm shaft retaining bolts may have been manufactured incorrectly resulting in the bolts loosening during engine operation. A loose bolt will initially result in a slow leak of engine oil, but if not addressed, the bolt can come out of the cylinder head entirely.

These motorcycles have air bag inflators assembled as part of the air bag module that may explode due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to higher absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.

Remedy: Honda will notify owners, and dealers will replace the secondary brake master cylinder and the rear brake master cylinder, and flush the brake fluid, free of charge.
