How do I book a service?
Simply browse our provider profiles, select a service that meets your needs, choose an available time slot, and complete your booking with secure payment. You'll receive confirmation and can communicate directly with your provider through our platform.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking through your dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be subject to provider-specific policies.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed securely through our platform using Stripe. You pay when booking, and funds are released to providers after service completion. We accept major credit cards and digital wallets.
Are the service providers vetted?

RideMentor takes a small percentage of each completed booking to cover platform costs and payment processing. There are no upfront fees or monthly charges - you only pay when you earn.
How do I set my pricing and availability?
You have full control over your service pricing and schedule through your provider dashboard. Set competitive rates for different services and update your availability calendar in real-time.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are released to your account after successful service completion and customer confirmation. Funds typically arrive within 2-3 business days via direct deposit to your linked bank account.
Can I offer services outside my immediate area?
